Dunes-dominated lands, covered with lush vegetation, characteristic white lilies, thick and green pine forests,
the sand, extremely fine and of a clear white color, lets itself be cuddled by our crystal clear waters for over 18 kilometers…
This is what Budoni gives you, for your dream holiday in Sardinia, you will be charmed…
Main beaches are:

Located further to the south compared to the center of Budoni, it is characterized by a wide inlet with extremely fine and white sand.
Its crystalline waters are of the area’s typical turquoise and emerald colours, remaining low for many meters, making it very coveted and popular with families with small children.
It is also sheltered with strong sirocco, while being rather unsuitable in days of strong mistral.

The beach of Sant’Anna is separated from Porto Ainu by a huge pine forest and a part of indented coastline, and is ideal for those who want to venture out and discover the rocky seabeds.
Made up by a cliff on the right, it thus develops, rocky and crystalline, up until joining Sa Capannizza Beach.
It is also equipped with a bar and pizzeria restaurant where you may enjoy tasty salads and a delicious pizza, or rather sip a good aperitif during sunset.

The beach of Sa Capannizza, also called Baia di Budoni, as the largest beach embracing Sant’Anna and La Tavernetta.
Also characterized by shallow waters and extremely white and fine sand, it is one of the most popular beaches in the Budoni area as, besides being beautiful, it is also extremely practical and equipped with main services, like several kiosks, acting as a leisure spot and a wide parking area.

The peculiarity of Salamaghe beach is its characteristic bridge, useful for crossing the “Dead Pond” and admiring the flamingos settling there, reaching the vast and dense pine forest where you may spend the central hours of the day in the summer in which the heat becomes almost suffocating, getting some refreshment, eating a quick meal and then going back to the beach for a nice dip in the clear waters with fine white sand.

Named after its tip-like shape, this beach indeed appears to be a bit more reserved compared to other beaches in the area, which is why it was chosen as a DOG BEACH, becoming thus ideal for those who like to enjoy the company of their 4-legged friends even while sunbathing.
It borders on the right with the sandy beach of Salamaghe, while being made up on the left by a rocky bottom, in which you may explore the beautiful sea floor with mask snorkel.

The beach of Porto Ottiolu, adjacent to the famous marina, is the most sought-after and popular of the Budoni coast due to its position, being surrounded by bars and restaurants where you may have delicious and tasty breakfasts before going to the beach, or rather have an happy hour by the sea and dance until dawn.
Held along the beach are also animated activities, for the entertainment of children or for the practice of many sports, for those who wish to stay fit also during their holidays.

Not far from the port we find Cala dei Francesi, the name of which originates from the purchase of a land spot near the coast by French customers. Easily available through a path surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and fragrant junipers, it can only be reached by foot or bicycle.
