Residence l’Uddastru welcomes you and invites you to plan your holidays or business trips in Sardinia, in the enchanting village of Malamurì – Budoni, a charming town of the Baronies, located on the north-eastern coast of the island, south of Olbia and of the famous Costa Smeralda.

Budoni, spread over small coves, imposing cliffs and long stretches of fine white sand, very popular for the combination of sea and relax it offers, for the surrounding environment and territory full of unique landscapes, blending the wonderful green of the hills with the emerald color of the sea.

In addition to this area’s beauty, you will find, present and constant, all local traditions, along with its typical dishes, served with the characteristic hospitality of the Sardinian population. Residence l’Uddastru is the ideal base to fully enjoy the wonders offered by our territory.

Recently built, Residence l’Uddastru is surrounded by wide green areas of Mediterranean vegetation, dominated by imposing and statuesque Olive trees, from which the name of the residence itself originates. It consists of four apartments, all of them of two-beds size, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Lentischio, corbezzolo, mirto and ginepro, like the trees (Lentisk, strawberry, myrtle, and juniper), are the names of the 4 apartments making up the Residence.

Each of them has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and Sardinian tapestry decorating the walls, the other with two single beds. The bathroom, with white ceramic bathroom fixtures and a marble base with built-in sink, is also equipped with corner shower and hairdryer.
