Three-room apartment for 3 people

The 3-people apartments inside Residence L’Uddastru are three-room apartments of about 70 sqm, with a double bedroom and another one with single beds, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen fitted with sink, fridge with freezer, electric oven and all necessary kitchenware. All apartments have a private entrance and a covered veranda with garden table and chairs.

You will also have free wi-fi throughout the hotel, Terrestrial digital TV, clothesline, ironing board (iron available for free on demand). Initial linen is included in the flat’s rental price apartment and includes sheets and a complete set of towels for each guest.
The consumption of water, electricity and gas are included.

NOTE Final cleaning of our apartments is carried out by dedicated personnel, and is not included in the price, with a fixed cost of 50 euros added to the booking fee for the flat.
